Rather eventful week...
R's b'day on Tues... didn't get to celebrate till Fri evening... @ xin wang of course. Gem and Gav were also for it... no b'day cake, just good old supper time with the FSG minus 1 still in HK... (Sorry B, i'm not going to help you give R a hug... haha) you can send him virtual hug from HK...
Wed - the WW b'day gang met up @ suntec for a good feast @ Chongqing Hot Pot... heh :) standard still there, so still worth going there. Besides, that night there was a 5 for 4 promo... cheaper lah! It was to be E's b'day a few days after, but she was due to head back to M'sia for the weekend so it was advance celeb for her... on the way to suntec, passed by Coffee Club Millenia Walk and i saw a familiar back view... haha... my cousin was doing her rounds... too bad didn't have much time to catch up - i was rushing to mt the guys and she was working... but at least i hung back to wave hi... :) (I muz remember to call her out for dinner soon) tht same evening, got a call frm my ex-band t-i-c... she asked me if i was interested to head back to do a workshop... haha of course... got money to earn... i await her details... Lotsa crapping over that dinner... one of the longest ones so far for this gang of peeps... It was really, really enjoyable... we ate for... 2 and half hours... haha. Last group to leave the restaurant... (again...!?!? maybe it's me... not them... haha)
Another b'day on Fri... actually... 2 b'days... One of pupil's and J's... Make-up celeb for J on Sunday... haha just got back less than couple hours ago... We went to a corner of clarke quay i believe... shared an antipasto, a pizza and a ravioli. We were stoning quite a while and then there was this "vatican" mag tht caught his eyes... spent some time pouring over it... (digress... I wanna go Vatican! - see the pics... so so so nice and grand!) After asking for bill, the chef came out and asked if we've tried the tiramisu there... he has, i haven't... anyways, the chef just called for one of the waiters to serve us a portion anyways... on the house... :) now... tht's wat i call service... hee hee. Sis called me half-way through dinner... asking about my make-up removal... since OG was just nearby - we headed there (got Kose there! - whoa... so heng... like i said to J... she should thank him for driving over to get it... not me... haha) Went Dempsey again... got Soccer match about to start... so we just bummed in a corner of one of the bars and crapped and watched the entire thing...
Today's prac not as cool as last week's. But i guess can't always be fun hor...? sighz... Last week's First Suite 3rd mm sounded so much cooler... with so much more excitement... compared with today's that i thought just kinda fell flat... quite disappointed... definitely not wat dr. lee requested the week before... nonetheless it was fun sight-reading all those new pieces... Whoa... so many flats... "crap" all the way lohz... i really cannot make it... at least it's flats and not sharps... haha...
