Obsessive, Compulsive behaviour...

Do you think i'm a little mad? You don't? Perhaps after reading this you might think i am after all...

Yesterday night, while chatting with some friends over MSN, i was listening to the "Song of Hamamatsu City" music composed by Ito himself! Well, the song's only a few minutes - 3 minutes tops for even the longest version of it... Once i chanced upon it, I continued listening to it all the way from about 10 to about 12 midnight when i logged off! (Had a short break of like 20 mins between tht 2 hours listening to his piano Concertino) That means, i was listening to at least wat... 30 times of that same piece of music!?!? And i was still humming it this morning. It's gonna take me a long while to get over the nice tune.

It happened again this morning, Derrick was asked to sing for mass - again. Whoa, his sight-singing is amazing wor... also his music sense is like so good, he could understand my playing and i could understand his singing... Now - this doesn't occur with every pair of musician, at least i haven't had this experience with that many duo partners. Well, that experience was soooo truly pleasant that a grin got stuck to my face during the communion hymn and hasn't quite been wiped out yet even now... Fr Clif had no complains about the playing or the music or whatever... Finally. Yeah - it was always, why don't start earlier, how come u didn't play "Lamb of God" or how come u muz sing so many verses (tht's to derrick, not to me), or watever, there always seems to be something he could pick on... But still, Fr Clif is a nice priest lah...

Just got back frm lunch @ holland v... unfortunately, $80 poorer than i started the day... ouch!
