Yada, yada, yada...

Nice surprise today... While trying to search for the song of Hamamatsu City (- the one that i tried so hard to find a couple of weeks ago, but couldn't) i chanced upon not only the lyrics, but also the piano, 3-part and 4-part voice score! Woohoo!~ (So much for looking for it through the English homepage - if only I'd tried the Japanese one earlier!)

Ah... what a sweet tune. If i continue to be employed by YI, I'll definitely get them to sing this for Inno-day (together with a Jazz tune and "Conversation Piece" - If they decide to ex me, then, so be it... it just wasn't meant to be then... It might happen anytime, so i'll just get ready, standby some stuff to jump to, if i'm out of there. Of course, till then, i'll still do what i can there.

My take away from last Sunday's homily : We have only ONE life, so live it to the fullest!
I knew that already - but i think that kinda woke me up. I don't regret complaining to my ex-colleague - cuz that's when i knew that he is a real friend...

Got plenty of things to do during this lull period:
plenty of photos not sorted out,
prac piano (haven't done tht much since Sensei's students' concert)
research on pieces to be played
Prac more pieces
Sort out my wardrobe
Sort out my scores and receipts and.... blah blah...
Send flute for overhaul/pad-change
Take IC photo for VISA application to Egypt!

And... before i know it, i prob haven't done much and prob the busy period kicks in... again.
I probably would enjoy this lull period much much more if my income weren't affected - unfortunately, it's a case of i work, got money, i don't work, i got no money...

Oh well, i should just make the most of this ONE life i have anyway huh...?
