Thank God for...
Now... tht's the correct title... I meant to put this as my previous title, however in the great mass and mess of thoughts, I kinda forgot all about this... (And this is the 2nd time I'm typing this becuz this mornin my laptop zonked on me... auto-shut-down!)
Today's stuff first... left home thinking I would head home before headin for PCO Concert in the late aftnn, but got held back in church for Easter Vigil mass reh... left church only @3.20 and headed to Espl. bumped into Adrian, ex-clsmate of NIE, who was there to support our clsmate of course... caught up a bit b4 we went our separate ways. Concert was pretty impressive given the average age of the performers. Friend did a good job with his xylo solo... we all,8 pple went for dinner and ice-cream (on ah hui) after the concert.
I am like SOOO Guilty here, I'm very frequently lost... in my chase for... I have no idea wat, during the weeks and months of my life, I lose track of wat my main purpose of living is... I lose track of the purpose of my living, and what I'm kinda supposed to believe and what I should live by... ... I happily or unhappily dwell in whatever is going on, so much so I actually lose track of plenty of things...
So here goes... I have plenty to thank God for...
Everyone at home for 'tahan-ing' my weird ways...
Friends who happen to be there when you need them...
(more specifically and recently - the pple who came to my school to help my kids for sectionals... becuz ultimately it's still based on a volunteer thing...)
I think I also have to thank God for the kids who made their time down for the prac too... (I was seriously worried attendance would be terribly poor...)
and for my t-i-c for last sat... it was great having discussions like this...
for my friends in church choir - the fellowhip over lunch every week is really cool...
And... for everything good OR bad that has happened.
In a nut-shell... I'm trying to learn to be more thankful for wat I have... after all, I am very much better off than many pple... in several ways...
Have to be more thankful, more thankful....
But I'm STILL not looking forward to MONDAY!
